Station Staffing Requirements

The Greeter is the first face of Operation Catnip. To start off everyone’s day cheerfully, the Greeter welcomes new and repeat caregivers to the clinic, distributes and reviews the Caregiver Release Forms, answers questions, accepts donations and manages transaction records.
The Check-in Recorder verifies reservations, assigns unique ID numbers, records information in the registration log, issues Gender ID, URI, Food, and Medical Alert Tags and provides caregivers with discharge Caregiver Claim Checks.
The Admissions Tagger tags the traps for gender, isolation, kitten or medical alerts.
The Admissions Transporter transports the cats from the Admissions Station to the Anesthesia Station waiting area or to isolation if they are infectious, and also delivers cats who only need booster vaccinations to the Veterinary Examination Station.
The Admissions Triage Coordinators observe each cat within its trap during admissions to determine its suitability for surgery.
The Admissions Trap Checker covers uncovered traps, checks for multiple cats per trap, checks for safety and security; checks approval of personal traps, secures unsafe traps and affixes blue tape for ID and safety designation.
